Delete Your Account

You have full control over your data. Follow the steps below to permanently remove your account.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. 1Navigate to your Profile
  2. 2Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  3. 3Tap Continue and type "Delete" to confirm
  4. 4Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered device
  5. 5Confirm the deletion request

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account is permanently deleted
  • All personal data is removed from our active systems
  • You lose access to your account and all related features
  • This action is irreversible - it cannot be undone

Data Retention & Legal Obligations

Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security and auditing purposes

Any retained data is restricted and will not be used for commercial purposes.

Processing Time

  • Account deletion is typically processed immediately
  • Full removal from backups and logs may take up to 30 days
